At BRINK, we’ve designed our service process to be seamless, transparent, and customer-focused. Here’s how it works:
Scheduling & Communication:
-Once we receive your request for a bid or service, we promptly add it to our schedule and provide ample notice of your service date.
- As an existing customer, you’ll receive an email two weeks before your scheduled service, giving you time to confirm or adjust the timing.
-We follow up with a text reminder one week before and another on the day of service, letting you know exactly when to expect us.
Arrival & Introduction:
- When we arrive, if you’re home, our technician will introduce themselves and address any questions or special requests you may have.
The Cleaning Process:
- Our technician begins with high windows using our water-fed pole system, ensuring safety for themselves, you, and your home.
- Once the high windows are spotless, they move to the lower windows, hand-cleaning each pane and ensuring the glass and surrounding areas are pristine.
Completion & Follow-Up:
- After the service, the technician will check in with you to ensure everything meets your expectations.
- With a smile and a job well done, they’ll bid you a good day, leaving your windows sparkling and your experience with us a positive one.
At BRINK, we’re committed to delivering exceptional service, clear communication, and a hassle-free experience from start to finish. Your satisfaction is our priority!
Aesthetic Appeal: Clean windows enhance the overall appearance of a home or building. They allow more natural light to enter, making interiors look brighter and more inviting.
Health and Hygiene: Dirty windows can accumulate dust, pollen, mold, and other allergens, which can affect indoor air quality and potentially cause health issues, especially for those with allergies or respiratory conditions.
Longevity and Maintenance: Regular cleaning helps maintain the condition of windows by removing dirt, grime, and pollutants that can cause damage over time. This can extend the lifespan of the windows and prevent costly repairs or replacements.
Improved Visibility: Clean windows provide clear views of the outside, which can be important for safety.
Energy Efficiency: Clean windows can improve energy efficiency by allowing more sunlight to penetrate, which can help warm a space naturally during colder months. Additionally, removing dirt and debris can ensure that windows seal properly, preventing drafts and improving insulation.
Preventing Damage: Over time, substances like hard water stains, bird droppings, and pollutants can etch into the glass or damage window frames if not cleaned regularly. Regular cleaning helps prevent such damage.
Curb Appeal: For businesses and homes, clean windows contribute to curb appeal, which can be important for making a good impression on visitors, customers, or potential buyers.
