3. Quotes and Estimates
Any quote or estimate provided by Brink Exteriors is based on the information available at the time of the request. Final pricing may vary if the property condition, scope of work, number of windows, accessibility, height, debris level, or service requirements differ from the original information provided.
We reserve the right to update or revise pricing before beginning work if additional labor, equipment, or services are required.
4. Scheduling and Appointments
Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the scheduled service window, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, previous appointments, safety concerns, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information, service address, gate codes, parking instructions, and access details before the appointment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Before service begins, customers should:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
Remove fragile or valuable items near windows, work areas, patios, or walkways
Secure pets indoors or in a safe area
Unlock gates or provide access instructions
Notify us of any known property issues, damaged windows, loose screens, damaged gutters, or fragile surfaces
Brink Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects, or issues caused by unsafe or improperly maintained property conditions.
6. Weather and Safety
Some services may be delayed, rescheduled, or modified due to rain, storms, high winds, ice, lightning, unsafe roof conditions, extreme temperatures, or other safety concerns.
Brink Exteriors reserves the right to reschedule or stop work if our team determines that conditions are unsafe.
7. Gutter Cleaning
Gutter cleaning services are intended to remove leaves, debris, and buildup from accessible gutter systems. We may also check basic water flow where possible.
We are not responsible for gutter damage, roof damage, drainage issues, leaks, downspout blockages below ground level, or pre-existing problems unless caused directly by our negligence.
8. Window Cleaning
Window cleaning services may include interior and/or exterior window cleaning, depending on the service selected. Additional services such as screen cleaning, frame cleaning, sill cleaning, hard water stain removal, construction debris removal, or multi-story access may require additional charges.
Brink Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing scratches, broken seals, fogged glass, damaged screens, brittle frames, loose trim, or defective windows.
9. Christmas Light Installation
Christmas light installation services may include roofline lighting, exterior light setup, seasonal display installation, takedown, and related services, depending on the agreed scope of work.
Customers must notify Brink Exteriors of any known electrical issues, outlet limitations, roof concerns, or property restrictions before installation. Brink Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing electrical issues, overloaded circuits, weather-related outages, or damage caused by customer-provided lights or equipment.
10. New Construction Cleaning
New construction cleaning may involve removing dust, dirt, residue, stickers, smudges, and construction buildup from windows, glass, frames, and sills.
Construction debris, paint, concrete, adhesive, or hard residue may require additional labor or specialized cleaning methods. Brink Exteriors is not responsible for scratches, damaged glass, defective materials, builder-related issues, or pre-existing damage caused during construction.
11. Payment Terms
Payment is due according to the terms provided at the time of booking, invoice, or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of service.
Accepted payment methods may include cash, check, card, online payment, or other approved methods. Payment processing may be handled by secure third-party payment processors.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in additional fees, service delays, cancellation of future appointments, or collection efforts where permitted by law.
12. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should provide reasonable notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Brink Exteriors reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee if an appointment is canceled too close to the scheduled service time, if access is not provided, or if the team arrives and cannot perform the service due to customer-related issues.

By providing your phone number, email address, or other contact information, you consent to be contacted by Brink Exteriors regarding quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, follow-ups, and related business communications.

14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brink Exteriors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services.
